It is difficult to recommend a specific diet for pancreatic cancer as it is a provocation of tridoshas imbalance so, the diet should be a balanced one. Ayurvedic herbs which can prevent the occurrence of pancreatic cancer are as follows;

Tulsi- Tulsi or Holy Basil, has anti-cancer properties. It enhances metabolism and reduces the damage of tissues. Vitamins A and C present in tulsi are strong antioxidants which help in enhancing cellular integrity. This herb reduces depression associated with stress and anxiety.
