Cancellation Policy
Can cancel an order for medicine or healthcare products from the ‘Order Details’ screen on the Punarjan website or by calling our customer care number 8008842222 before it is “Out for Delivery.” you can reject it at the time of delivery, and payment will process as per the Refund Policy.
Return Policy
Medicine Orders
We have a product-specific renewal policy. The replacement window varies from 0-30 days from the delivery date can find the information about the return policy on the product page. Please verify the return policy before placing an order.
Healthcare Products
Healthcare products that order from the Platform can return within two days from the delivery date.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- As per terms & conditions given by all the sellers on the Platform, the products shall not be eligible for a return below the following circumstances-
- If the item has open or partially used, we advise the user firm to verify the packaging correctly at the time of receiving of products by the user from the delivery agent;
- Any product supplied with the goods are missing; that the product is non-returnable;
- If the serial number / UPC number/ barcode affixed is missing or removed, stated at the time of receiving of products by the user
- If an item is broken/defective or not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we advise the user to check it before accepting it.
- If it is mention on the website page, then the product is non-returnable;
Refund Policy
Please note that the return amount stated at the time of renewal on the Platform is estimation and will settle after completion of verification. If the pick-up is received and the seller verifies you will return the product, the total amount paid for the eligible return consequences mentioned above.
Refund will be done only after successful confirmation of the products from the seller.

Local Cities* 24- 48 hours from the time of pick up from your location.
For Other Cities: 7-10 business days from the date of pick up from your area.
